The menu includes Herbes de Provence Cashew Cheese Fig & Thyme Tarts, Vegan Cured Meats 2 Ways with Sweet & Spicy Mustard, African Peanut Sweet Potato Stew, Cranberry Walnut Kale Caesar Salad, Pesto Tossed Roasted Tri Color Carrots, Apple Sausage Sage Stuffing with Rosemary Mushroom Gravy, and Pumpkin Pie Parfait.
