Join us for The Slam., a one-night-only immersive poetry experience at inkwell. on Saturday, August 1st. In partnership with inkwell.’s first official ambassador, Kiara, this special event brings together spoken word artists from across Pennsylvania, including poets from Scranton, Stroudsburg, Reading, Allentown, and beyond. Through powerful performances, artists will share stories that challenge perspectives, spark conversation, and remind us of the power of authentic self-expression.
Unlike a traditional poetry event, The Slam. combines live competition with a uniquely curated atmosphere designed specifically for the evening. Audience members will experience a transformed space, guest judges, unforgettable performances, and the energy that only live spoken word can create. Poet and judge announcements will be released in the coming weeks.
Doors open at 7 PM. Show begins at 7:30 PM.
